Originally from Dublin, I have made my life with my family in the glorious Garden County of Wicklow, grateful for the benefits of proximity to both the sea and the Wicklow mountains.

With the increasingly fast pace of life and the growing need inside me to find a way to slow down and connect to a deeper meaning within, I had the great fortune to come to the practice of Yoga in 2016 through the consistent, patient and authentic guidance of Liz Richards of Ananta Yoga and Ayurveda in Wicklow town. Like so many, it has been through Yoga that I have come to discover the beauty and depth of its sister health science, Ayurveda.

 

Since then, I have had the privilege to study Ayurveda under the careful guidance of Stephen Brandon, Dr. Rajvinder Kaur, Dr. Donn Brennan, Dr. David Frawley and Dr. Deepa Apte, and continue what I hope to be a lifetime journey of learning.

I have completed my Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology, and Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapies with Ayurveda Pura Academy, London under the guidance of Dr. Deepa Apte . I havealso completed training to qualify as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant  with Dr. David Frawley. I am currently continuing my study with Dr. Deepa Apte towards a  Diploma in Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Consultancy .
